Museum of Discovery and Science 13 Summer Camps CAMP INFORMATION Ages: 6 - 12 Time: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (before and after care is available) One-Day Camp Fee: $50 Museum Members $55 Non-Members Five-Day Camp Fee: $200 Museum Members $225 Non-Members Note: Multiday camps cannot be purchased as one-day camps. Call 954.713.0930 or go to https://mods.org/programs/summer-camps/ CAMP DISCOVERY uses Brightwheel for check-in/out and to communicate with you throughout camp. • You will receive an email from the Brightwheel website (check your spam) inviting you to download the app or sign up online. This will allow you to go in and choose your own pin, add authorized adults to pick up/drop off, view photos throughout the day, and contact camp staff through text. • Please note: each individual added to your child’s account will have their own pin number. • You do not need to download the app to pick up your child, you just need the pin number and a photo ID. Be sure that anyone picking up your camper is an authorized adult listed on your Emergency Contact form. • You will need to sign in and out on our tablets every day. NEW FOR SUMMER 2018 We welcome campers ages 6 -12. This year campers will be divided into groups determined by grade: 1) 1st & 2nd grades 2) 3rd & 4th grades 3) 5th & 6th grades Each group will be limited to 20 campers per group. Please be sure to book early, as these spots will fill up! T-SHIRTS: Campers are now required to wear Camp Discovery T-shirts during camp. One FREE shirt will be included with registration and additional shirts may be purchased for $10 on the registration form. FIELD TRIPS: We have included additional off site visits throughout the summer for 3rd & 4th graders and 5th & 6th graders! Check the camp description for dates and locations. Permission forms will be required for field trips. Camp Discovery has been transformed for Summer 2018!
