Volunteer Opportunities
Expand your horizons, develop outside interests, make new friends, and sometimes even discover a new talent! Volunteering comes in many forms: ushering in the AutoNation IMAX® Theater, greeting Museum guests, teaching visitors about our living creatures in the reef tank or taking people on a "ride to Mars.'
If you like office work, we can use you in administrative support positions. We definitely have a job that fits everyone's skills, experience, and interests.
The Museum needs your help to deliver a dynamic experience to our guests! Adult and youth volunteers (must be at least 14 years of age or have finished the 8th grade) are our lifeblood. Please consider supporting our mission.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Volunteer applications expire after ninety-days.
There are several ways to submit your volunteer application:
*Note: Depending on your preferred web browser and optional extensions or plug-ins, you may or may not be able to type or save your data while viewing our application in a web browser. However, you should be able to download and save the file while viewing the application in a web browser.
- Preferred Method: (Requires free Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC).
- Install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to your computer or mobile device.
- Right-click on the fillable volunteer application link.
- Select “Save Link As…” and save the volunteer application .pdf file to your device.
- Open the .pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader and fill in your details in the application.
- E-mail the completed application .pdf to modsvolapp@mods.net
- Method 2: Print a typed application from a web browser. *See note above; does NOT require Adobe Acrobat Reader, but requires a printer and scanner.
- Click on the fillable volunteer application link.
- If your browser permits, type in your information.
- Print the volunteer application.
- Scan the print-out in .pdf format.
- E-mail the scanned .pdf file to modsvolapp@mods.net. Do not send .jpg or other file types.
- Method 3: Print a blank application. *See note above; does NOT require Adobe Acrobat Reader, but requires a printer and scanner.
- Click on the fillable volunteer application link.
- Print the application.
- Hand-write your details. Your handwriting must be as legible as possible.
- Scan your application in .pdf format.
- E-mail the scanned .pdf file to modsvolapp@mods.net. Do not send .jpg or other file types.
Typed or hand-written applications may also be dropped off at our Info Desk or mailed to the address at the top of the application.
Faxes are NOT accepted.
